This Arabic version of the Vanderbilt Assessment Scale (Parent Informant) was translated and validated by the Saudi ADHD Society. It is based upon the 3rd edition of the Vanderbilt Assessment Scales, adapted from the Vanderbilt Rating Scales developed by Mark L. Wolraich, MD, and is reproduced here as a supplement to the Saudi ADHD CPG with kind permission from the American Academy of Pediatrics.The original English version is available as part of ADHD – Caring for Children With ADHD: A Practical Resource Toolkit for Clinicians, 3rd Edition.

Saudi ADHD Society Arabic ASRS-5 ADHD Self-Report Scale (Adults)
This Arabic version of the Adult ADHD Self-Report Screening Scale 5 (ASRS-5) was translated and validated by the Saudi ADHD Society. The updated 6-question DSM-5 version of the ASRS screening scale was developed by Ustun et al. (2017); initial permission was received from Prof Lenard Adler at NYU to conduct this translation and cultural adaptation, and work is underway to submit a detailed report for his final approval.
